Prashanth Neel's 'Salaar' Smashes Box Office with Star-Studded Cast Led by Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran
Director Prashanth Neel's latest film 'Salaar', starring Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran, has made a blockbuster entry with a whopping 93.5 crore business on its opening day. The film, which marks Neel's debut in Telugu cinema, is creating a buzz nationwide.
After KGF and KGF 2, director Prashanth Neel has come up with his new film 'Salaar'. Besides 'Baahubali' actor Prabhas, the film also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jagapati Babu, and Shruti Haasan. The film was released in theatres on 22 December (Friday) and broke records by doing a business of 93.5 crores on the opening day itself.
There is tremendous craze for the film across the country. In the meantime, Prashanth has made a significant comment about Prithviraj.
Film maker Prashanth Neel revealed his experience working with Prithviraj Sukumaran in 'Salaar' in an interview with India Today. Prashanth Neel said that Prithviraj was clear from the start that 'Salaar' is Prabhas’s film.
Prashanth Neel mentioned that such clarity was there because Prithviraj was not just an actor but also a director. The KGF director further stated that he believes no other star in the country would have done what Prithviraj has done for 'Salaar'.
Why Prashanth is Impressed with Prithviraj
On the set of 'Salaar', everyone worked as a team, according to Prashanth Neel. He also said that they would not move ahead with any special scene until the director was satisfied. Both Prabhas and Prithviraj tried to blend with the director's vision and were absolutely fantastic.
